The new John Wick of anime

 Rather than the usual recommendation of shows that I've already seen, this time I'm talking about an up-and-coming manga adaptation. The manga is known as Sakamoto Days, and as you can guess based on the title, it's about a hitman. Written and illustrated by Yuto Suzuki, the story follows Taro Sakamoto, a retired hitman that left a life of killing to become a domestic family man. However, as shown in numerous previous media form, it's not that simple. When the organization he used to work for starts sending other hitmen after him and his family, Sakamoto has to step up to protect them, and protect them he does. Showing that his years as a father and husband haven't weakened him in the slightest, he defeats everyone who is sent after him, often using superhuman feats to do so, ending in hilarious results. To Fun, Or Not To Fun. That Is The Question

So, the general consensus about being an adult is that either all fun ends, or your only allowed to have fun when you're drinking. This is usually enforced by the other adults through peer pressure, making it seem that, if you aren't drinking and partying with them, you are a loser. I find this absolutely hilarious that there are adults resorting to schoolyard tactics to intimidate others into following their lead.  Society is just as much to blame for this as well, since when did it become a crime for adults to have hobbies that aren't drinking and drugs? Shouldn't we be encouraging that? Staying Loose

 As you read in the title, this blog post will be about flexibility and various stretching methods. Flexibility refers to the body's natural range of motion, it is a part of fitness that should be taken seriously, just as every other part. One of the biggest misconceptions about flexibility is that you need to be thin to be flexible, or that you lose muscle mass when you stretch. To this statement I just laugh. The benefits of high flexibility and regular stretching include fewer injuries and less pain, improved posture and balance, and you overall feel better. Despite the absolute insane amount of stretches there are, they usually fall into one of 2 types.  Dynamic - which revolves around using repetitive movements. Static - Which revolves around holding certain positions for a certain amount of time. The best is to have both types incorporated into your daily routine.

#2 Anime Recommendation and Review

 Greetings Welcome to a new blog post and the next instalment of my Anime Rec/Rev series. Today's anime is called Sasayaku You ni Koi wo Utao, or Wisper me a love song. This is a school romance story written and illustrated by Eku Takeshima, the author of Citrus, with an anime adaptation produced by Cloud Hearts and Yokohama Animation Laboratory which premiered this April. Yori Asanagi (Voiced by: Asami Seto) is a mature girl in many ways but is still pure when it comes to romance. That sentiment is proven when an underclassman, Himari Kino(Voiced by: Hana Shimano), suddenly confesses love to her after her band performance at the freshman opening ceremony. Confused and surprised, Yori asks her friends for consultation, but they tease her by saying that she is experiencing love. Yori soon makes up her mind and tries to return Himari's feelings, but in a twist of events, she realizes that what Himari loved was not her, but her music! As Yori continues to pursue her love for Himar...

 Motivation VS. Descipline Theres always been a debate about which is better, spontanious motivation or steady discipline, with arguements going both ways. I however believ that it isnt an either,or situation. Instead of focusing on only one, people need to optain both. Motivation and Discipline are equally as important, motivations gets you started, and discipline keeps you going, when your motivation dies, discipline keeps you standing, when discipline gets too hard, motivation gives you passion. Motivation shows us what can be, and Discipline reminds us of where we started. So, go out there and search for both, master your discipline while searching for your motivation to keep you going.
