Vitamins and Minerals

Image
A surprising amount of people don't realize that you can get vitamins and minerals from the common foods we eat daily. Met someone once complaining about how they don't get enough vitamins because the supplements are getting expensive, I asked about their diet, and they got very indignant, claiming "it's not like I can eat rocks."  Every day I lose more and more hope for humanity. This is most commonly done by turning your dream job into a hobby of sorts, the other way is to have a regular job sustaining you while you work to achieve said dream job. All in All, I can't tell you what to do, the choice is ultimately yours, just remember. No one can dictate the story of your life except for you, whether...
