A surprising amount of people don't realize that you can get vitamins and minerals from the common foods we eat daily. Met someone once complaining about how they don't get enough vitamins because the supplements are getting expensive, I asked about their diet, and they got very indignant, claiming "it's not like I can eat rocks." Every day I lose more and more hope for humanity. Anyway!
